Reflection #6

I had really enjoyed working on this project. It sure did take a great of time but I definitely enjoyed letting my creative side come out when it came to editing the actual video. I definitely had a mini heart attack when my Windows movie maker stopped working and I had to start back at square one. With patience, and determination my video returned to where it was before. One of the hardest things to get over was talking to a camera. Personally I felt that it was hard to talk to something that didn’t show any emotion, or that I could see that people were actually engaged into what I was talking about. I could use this video in my classroom. I feel like I could improve the video and make it more interactive with the students. Some of the other videos you could make is a trivia video, or a jeopardy video.  Having multimedia in the classroom gives a different perspective and it changes how things are taught.

  1. I felt the same way, my computer froze about half way so I had to go back in and re-do quite a bit of things. However, in the end it all worked out. Patience and determination are definitely two things you must maintain when working with movie maker. I also agree with you that talking to the camera was a little difficult; it is much easier when you are getting feedback from facial expressions.
