6. Tell the teacher if you feel uncomfortable with using a website
7. Do not use unsafe websites
8. Keep Personal stuff off of websites
9. Report any abuse
10. Report any kind of misconduct
I really like how most of your rules are related to keeping the students safe. After all, keeping the students from being harmed is the most important thing. You mentioned a lot of great rules that should be addressed before a student just jumps onto a computer.
